Full job description
Advertising Account Associate role supporting Sellers and Account Managers in the Enterprise Advertising Team. Responsibilities include preparing sales materials, media plans, proposals, presentations, supporting sales funnel activities, tracking campaign performance, launching and optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, coordinating deliverables, and gaining client-facing experience. Requires Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years in digital planning or sales strategy in media or digital tech, strong media math skills, detail orientation, project management, collaboration, knowledge of digital advertising trends, proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced Excel, and experience in client communications. Position is full-time, hybrid (3 days in-office), located in Boston, MA. Salary range $70,000-$80,000 base, $78,000-$88,000 base plus OTE. What you'll do
- Assist Sales & Account Management team by preparing sales materials, media plans, proposals, and presentations
- Provide support to sales team through all stages of the funnel including blueprinting key sales prospects, supporting events and client entertainment, attending meetings, and follow ups
- Support key accounts by tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and assisting with client requests to ensure KPIs are met
- Launch, monitor, and optimize client campaigns weekly to ensure accurate delivery and performance
- Compile and analyze campaign data to generate insights, provide recommendations, and assist in client reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all deliverables, including invoices, are processed accurately and on time
- Work closely with the pod to identify areas for improvement and support business growth through detailed reporting and analysis
- Help facilitate brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign planning by organizing relevant data and materials
- Gain client-facing experience through participation in client calls, presentations, and strategic discussions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years experience in a digital planning or sales strategy role within a media agency or digital technology company
- Good understanding of media math and ability to build digital media plans and proposals
- Detail oriented with strong project management, time management and organizational skills
- Natural collaborator willing to work with anyone to reach a common goal
- Knowledgeable of the latest digital advertising trends and online media a plus
- Proficient in PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills
- Experience of crafting written client communications
