Full job description

Ad Operations Manager role requiring 3+ years experience with Google Ad Manager. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing ad serving, setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, collaborating with internal teams, handling programmatic integrations, maintaining ad quality, generating reports, and troubleshooting. Required skills include expertise in Google Ad Manager, programmatic deals, SSPs/DSPs, ad tags (VAST, VPAID, MRAID), analytical tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio), and strong troubleshooting abilities. Location: On-site in Gurgaon, India.

What you'll do

  • Manage and optimize ad serving through Google Ad Manager, including inventory setup, yield management, and troubleshooting
  • Set up line items, orders, creatives, targeting, and priority levels based on campaign requirements
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance metrics; proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure pacing and revenue goals are met
  • Collaborate with sales, ops, and product teams to implement and maintain ad solutions
  • Handle programmatic integrations (e.g. SSPs like Magnite, Equativ, etc.)
  • Maintain ad quality and ensure compliance with platform policies and user experience best practices
  • Generate performance and delivery reports; provide insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Lead troubleshooting for discrepancies, delivery issues, or creative malfunctions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager
  • Strong understanding of ad serving logic, yield groups, targeting, and auction dynamics
  • Experience managing programmatic deals (PMPs, PGs) and working with SSPs/DSPs
  • Familiarity with ad tags, VAST, VPAID, MRAID, and other creative formats
  • Solid analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ad Manager reporting, Looker Studio
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
