Full job description

Raptive seeks an Advertising Operations Analyst/Trafficker reporting to the Director of Ad Operations. Responsibilities include trafficking ad campaigns in Placements.io and Google Ad Manager, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring flawless delivery of direct deals. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and collaboration with the Sales team. Required qualifications include a BA/BS degree, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of ad operations experience, proficiency with Google Ad Manager and Placements.io, familiarity with programmatic media buying, experience with measurement tools, and knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. The position is full-time based in New York, NY. Salary range is $90,000-$110,000, with additional incentive compensation possible.

What you'll do

  • Provide best in class service to the Sales team’s advertising clients
  • Launch, traffic, QA and optimize digital (video and display) ad campaigns
  • Compare creatives to ad specifications and guidelines
  • Monitor pacing and recommend adjustments to ensure campaign goals are achieved
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot campaign anomalies, performance issues and reporting discrepancies
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and increase efficiency
  • Reconcile first-party ad server and third-party delivery
  • Grow your digital ad knowledge

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented, organized and process-driven
  • Work well with others and under tight deadlines
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • 1+ years ad operations experience at a digital publisher, AdTech company or media buying agency (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Google Ad Manager and Placements.io, including trafficking and troubleshooting display and video ad creatives/tags (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem and programmatic media buying (preferred)
  • Experience with viewability, in-demo and brand-safety measurement tools (preferred)
  • JavaScript, HTML and CSS (preferred)
