Full job description
Full-time sales role based in China with 2-5 years experience required. The role involves pursuing new business growth, channel sales, and business development deals with ad-tech companies, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Networks, and Publishers, including mobile apps in the APAC region. Responsibilities include developing revenue growth strategies, managing partnerships, collaborating with internal teams, discovering new business opportunities, meeting revenue targets, providing industry insights, and attending networking events. Requirements include sales experience in ad fraud, compliance, user acquisition, marketing analytics or marketing SaaS, familiarity with the ad tech ecosystem, proven sales success with large deals, entrepreneurial mindset, strong client relationship skills, internal collaboration, and fluency in Mandarin. What you'll do
- Develop strategy and action plan consistent with Pixalate’s vision
- Develop and initiate a revenue growth strategy by developing, closing, and managing partnerships, and deals with, DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, Networks and Publishers, and other relevant platforms
- Work with internal departments like Product, Marketing, Sales and Client Services to help support the growth and direction of Pixalate’s products
- Discover and develop new business and revenue opportunities
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue expectations, insuring a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Be a thought leader for the company, with a finger on the pulse of the industry and help inform Pixalate in terms of product enhancements, changes, new offerings, and strategy and what direction the business should be headed
- Attend industry networking events and continually grow and develop industry relationships with decision makers through strategic face to face meetings
Requirements
- 2-5 years of quota carrying sales experience in ad fraud, compliance, user acquisition, marketing analytics, or marketing-related SaaS
- Familiarity with the ad tech industry and the ecosystem
- Proven track record of sales success and comfortable selling 5-7 figure deals
- Entrepreneurial and willingness to take ownership of the business
- Understand the necessity of being seen as a trustworthy consultant by clients and balance that effectively to transcend the typical “vendor” relationship
- Highly collaborative and able to build strong relationships internally with the team
- Fluent in Mandarin (to liaise with China clients)
