Full job description

Xapads Media seeks a Senior Operations – Publisher Management to provide technical and operational support to enhance publisher portfolio performance and yield. Responsibilities include developing technical relationships with publishers, collaborating with media buying teams, implementing technical integrations across CTV, video, web, and in-app platforms, monitoring performance metrics, leading troubleshooting, conducting publisher reviews, managing quality assurance, and developing fraud detection strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT or related field; 6-8 years experience in operations or publisher management with expertise in CTV, Web, and In-App publishers; strong technical skills in ad-serving technologies; knowledge of programmatic supply onboarding (VAST, ORTB); experience with video ad serving tools (Aniview, SpringServe, Adkernel, VDO.Ai); expertise in quality assurance and fraud detection tools (IAS, Pixalate, Moat, Double Verify, MRC-accredited tools); excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively. Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with publishers to ensure a robust and diverse inventory
  • Collaborate closely with the media buying team to understand their needs and ensure alignment with publisher offerings
  • Implement and oversee technical integrations with publishers across various platforms, including CTV, video, web, and in-app
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and increased yield
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for any issues related to publisher integration or performance
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in publisher management and ad technology
  • Conduct regular reviews with publishers to discuss performance, challenges, and growth opportunities
  • Implement and manage quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards and compliance across all platforms
  • Develop strategies for fraud detection and prevention, ensuring the integrity and security of digital advertising operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in operations or publisher management, with specific expertise in CTV, Web, and In-App publishers
  • Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in ad-serving technologies and digital advertising platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of Programmatic supply onboarding using VAST and ORTB integrations
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with video ad serving tools such as Aniview, SpringServe, Adkernel, and VDO.Ai
  • Proven expertise in using quality assurance and fraud detection tools like IAS, Pixalate, Moat, Double Verify, and other MRC-accredited tools
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
