Full job description

Candidate must have 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing and be responsible for end-to-end execution of performance-driven campaigns focusing on CPI and CPL models. Responsibilities include campaign setup, management, optimization, technical integration via MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust), Pixels, S2S APIs, scaling campaigns while maintaining quality, using tracking software (Everflow, Affise, Trackier) for monitoring and optimization, applying SubID-based attribution for granular performance tracking, and managing 3rd-party self-serve platforms and DSPs. Required skills include experience managing large-scale budgets, strong knowledge of tracking integrations and MMPs, hands-on experience with tracking software, expert understanding of attribution logic, and preferably experience with MENA region campaigns.

What you'll do

  • Lead the setup, management, and optimization of performance campaigns with a primary focus on CPI and CPL models
  • Manage the technical lifecycle of a campaign, including integration via MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.), Pixels, and S2S APIs
  • Drive horizontal and vertical scaling of campaigns while maintaining strict quality benchmarks to ensure high-performance delivery
  • Utilize performance tracking software (such as Everflow, Affise, or Trackier) to monitor traffic, manage payouts, and optimize delivery
  • Apply deep knowledge of SubID-based attribution to track performance at a granular level and ensure accurate internal reporting
  • Navigate and operate 3rd-party self-serve platforms and DSPs to reach target audiences effectively

Requirements

  • Mandatory experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and high-volume delivery
  • Strong operating knowledge of tracking integrations (API, Pixel) and mobile measurement partners (MMP)
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns within Everflow, Affise, Trackier, or similar performance tracking ecosystems
  • Expert-level understanding of attribution logic, particularly SubID parameters and post-back configurations
  • Experience managing campaigns within the MENA region is a significant added advantage
