Full job description
Account Strategist role based in Barcelona with a hybrid work model. Manage medium sized advertiser accounts, develop client partnerships from CMO to Traffic Manager, advise on digital strategy, and educate on Criteo technology. Responsibilities include optimizing account performance, analyzing KPIs, supporting client growth, leveraging multiscreen solutions, and consulting on campaign success. Requires fluency in French and English, proven sales and client service experience, strong phone sales skills, comprehensive sales cycle knowledge, interpersonal and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office. What you'll do
- Provide strategic account management to medium sized advertisers
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients at all levels from CMO to Traffic Manager
- Advise on client’s digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo’s technology across channels and devices
- Pursue both individual and team goals
- Optimize accounts to improve performance for the advertiser and identify growth opportunities
- Analyse a wide range of performance metrics and KPIs
- Use market knowledge to support client’s long term development
- Exploit multiscreen solutions designed by engineering teams
- Promote innovative cross channel perspectives to inspire client growth
- Act as a consultant to create successful campaigns aligned with client strategic objectives
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English both spoken and written
- Proven sales and client service track record, ideally in a tech-related field
- Excellent phone based sales experience required and client facing relationship would be appreciated
- Comprehensive sales cycle experience from discovery to prospecting to sign-on
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels
- Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment
- Passion for new media, internet trends and continual learning
- Strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications
