Account Strategist II, Retail Media role managing client relationships and campaign strategies. What you'll do

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with clients to exceed their goals and expectations
  • Analyze campaign data to build future client strategy
  • Present recommended strategy to customers during status calls and check-ins
  • Partner with sales team to upsell accounts and drive additional revenue
  • Work with internal campaign management team to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely troubleshooting

Requirements

  • 4 years of direct client management experience in a data driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience required
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to navigate and collaborate with other internal departments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate complex situations
  • Superior communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Genuine enthusiasm for an interruptive space that is in constant motion
