Full job description

Account Strategist II, Agency role focused on leading strategic growth and managing a book of business with agencies. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, upselling Criteo products, client relationship management, campaign optimization, forecasting, and pipeline management. Requires 3+ years experience in digital performance marketing, campaign management, and revenue-driven roles. Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills needed. Hybrid work model with locations in Boston and New York. Salary approximately $85,000 per year with additional US benefits.

What you'll do

  • Lead strategic growth across your book of business as the primary point of contact for accounts
  • Drive revenue growth, identify and scale expansion opportunities, ensure measurable delivery against client KPIs
  • Build strategies to upsell Criteo’s product offering to agencies and their clients
  • Become a trusted advisor to agency clients with understanding of their client portfolio and strategic priorities
  • Hit quarterly revenue targets for your book of business
  • Lead agency and client business reviews, create optimization and media planning recommendations
  • Identify and generate leads for new client opportunities within your portfolio of agencies
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across bid strategies, budget pacing, targeting, creative, and delivery to meet advertiser KPIs
  • Educate agencies on Criteo’s technology and product offerings
  • Own forecasting, revenue tracking, and pipeline management for your book of business
  • Analyze campaign performance data to surface trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Balance tactical execution with emerging strategic ownership and commercial accountability

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, campaign management, and a data-driven client-facing environment
  • Experience working in a revenue-driven role with exposure to upselling, forecasting, or pipeline management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable strategy
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a book of business with revenue targets
  • Comfort contributing to strategic conversations while executing at a high tactical level
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Motivation to grow into broader strategic ownership and client leadership
  • Experience working with Agencies and eCommerce Retail clients is a plus
  • Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs and optimization tactics is a plus
