Full job description
Account Strategist DACH role supporting SMB clients in the DACH market to develop advertising strategies using Criteo GO, an AI-powered self-service platform. Responsibilities include onboarding clients, launching cross-channel campaigns (display, video, native, social), identifying upselling opportunities, and optimizing campaign performance. Requires fluent German and strong English, experience in performance marketing and full-funnel strategy, and strong communication and organizational skills. What you'll do
- Support SMB clients in the DACH market in setting up advertising strategies using Criteo GO
- Guide clients through onboarding and activation of Criteo GO campaigns
- Help clients launch cross-channel campaigns across display, video, native, and social
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within a large portfolio of clients
- Pitch strategies leveraging GO's full-funnel capabilities to improve ROAS
- Use a consultative, AI-first approach to assess client needs and propose data-driven strategies
- Support clients in resolving challenges using a platform-first approach
- Partner with Customer Care Specialist team to deliver excellent client experience
- Consistently deliver against targets while driving adoption of Criteo GO and AI capabilities
- Measure, track, and report on campaign performance and optimize results
- Ensure quarterly increase in Criteo solutions penetration and high client satisfaction
- Collaborate effectively within a multinational team
Requirements
- Fluent German speaker (required for the DACH market)
- Strong English proficiency
- Knowledge and experience in display, performance marketing, and full-funnel strategy
- Interest in AI transforming digital advertising
- Comfortable using and explaining AI-powered tools to clients
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Confident in calling and video-calling clients and pitching strategic solutions
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to receive and provide actionable feedback
- Collaborative working style across multiple teams
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
