Full job description
RTB House is seeking an Account Strategist to manage digital campaigns and client relationships in Poland remotely. Responsibilities include managing campaigns, cooperating with major e-commerce brands, client communication, providing account management and campaign support, developing product knowledge, and analyzing data to create recommendations. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in online performance marketing, knowledge of the Polish online advertising market, fluency in English and Polish, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and preferably Google Analytics 4 knowledge. The role requires strong analytical, communication skills, motivation, and a proactive approach. The position offers stable long-term cooperation via B2B or contract of mandate and opportunities to work with AI-driven marketing technology in an international environment.
What you'll do
- Managing digital campaigns for existing clients, maximising results and optimising for goals
- Cooperating with the largest brands from the e-commerce market in Poland
- Taking care of relations with clients (meetings with clients both offline and online, ongoing communication)
- Providing specific information regarding company’s services and products
- Providing dedicated account management and campaign support for clients
- Developing detailed product knowledge
- Analysing data, creating recommendations and presentations with client's results
Requirements
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in managing online (ideally performance marketing) advertising campaigns
- Knowledge of online advertising market in Poland
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Excellent knowledge of Excel/Google spreadsheets
- Google Analytics 4 knowledge is nice to have
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, ability to recognize and understand the needs and expectations of the client
- High level of motivation, willingness to learn and independence
- Positive, proactive approach
