Full job description

RTB House is hiring an Account Strategist to manage client relationships, optimize campaigns, and grow partnerships using their Deep Learning-powered DSP platform. The role involves client communication, campaign management with Technical Account Managers, and reporting on performance. Candidates should have 2+ years general work experience, 1+ year in digital advertising, client-facing experience preferred, and a bachelor's degree. Skills needed include multitasking, data organization in Excel and PowerPoint, a positive attitude, and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities. The position offers remote, in-office, or hybrid work options, a salary range of $75,000 to $93,000 base pay, comprehensive benefits including medical insurance, 401K matching, stipends, bonuses, and training opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Build and retain client relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Manage and grow existing partnerships
  • Manage campaigns and ensure optimization
  • Work with Technical Account Managers to achieve client performance goals
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all RTB House products and services
  • Provide regular reporting and updates on campaign performance including QBR presentations
  • Communicate clearly and timely with clients via meetings, phone, video, and email

Requirements

  • 2+ years of general work experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital advertising or related field of study
  • Client facing work experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Passion for digital marketing/e-commerce
  • Ability to multitask and organize
  • Comfortable organizing data in Excel and Powerpoint to present insights
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Determination and drive to succeed
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
