Full job description

The Account Manager, Publisher Client Services manages a portfolio of publisher accounts to drive revenue growth and retention. This role involves understanding publisher objectives, providing data-driven recommendations, monitoring performance, supporting onboarding and integrations, and collaborating with Technical Operations and Product teams to resolve issues and improve performance. Requires 2+ years experience in digital advertising or programmatic account management, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision plans, flexible PTO, and 401k with employer match. Salary range is $70,000 to $80,000 USD.

What you'll do

  • Own day-to-day management of a portfolio of publisher accounts, ensuring revenue growth and retention
  • Understand publisher business objectives and provide consultative, data-driven recommendations
  • Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify optimization opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally with Technical Operations and Product to resolve issues and improve performance
  • Support onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, pacing, and overall account health
  • Contribute market and client insights to inform product enhancements and operational improvements
  • Participate in QBRs and present performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or publisher account management
  • Understanding of publisher monetization strategies and the programmatic ecosystem
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
