Full job description

The Trade Desk seeks an Account Manager to own and grow key agency accounts in the Philippines market. Responsibilities include developing strategic media plans, collaborating with Product Management to enhance the platform, creating client services materials, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, troubleshooting campaign issues, identifying upsell opportunities, and training clients on platform features. Candidates must have at least 5 years of online advertising experience with 2 years client-facing, expertise in RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, and campaign management (CPA, CPC, CPM). Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is required. Experience in the Philippines market and business proficiency in Filipino preferred. Applicants based in Singapore are preferred.

What you'll do

  • Own and grow a roster of key agency accounts in the Philippines market, ensuring long term partnerships and measurable business impact
  • Partner with agencies and advertisers to develop strategic media plans that align with campaign objectives, target audiences, and business outcomes
  • Work with Product Management to help define features and drive enhancements to The Trade Desk platform
  • Help build the Client Services practice by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials and customer facing guides
  • Take accountability and initiatives for client outcomes, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and achievement of performance targets
  • Adopt a hands on approach in solving client challenges, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen by identifying upsell opportunities, pitching new solutions, and driving revenue growth within accounts
  • Become an expert on the use and best practices on The Trade Desk platform, and offer insights to clients on how to improve campaigns
  • Champion collaboration with Trading and Sales teams to rapidly onboard new customers and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts
  • Provide continual training to clients as new features are added to The Trade Desk

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of online advertising experience and at least 2 years of client-facing experience
  • Proven experience in media planning, with a strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience planning, channel selection, and media performance measurement
  • Experience working in the Philippines market, with established relationships and experience partnering with key holding companies
  • Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms
  • Experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns
  • Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and working with large data sets
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging strong client relationships and recommending best strategies
  • Ability to identify revenue opportunities within existing accounts, pitch new solutions persuasively, and drive incremental business growth
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Driven by curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, with empathy and integrity
  • Business proficiency in Filipino preferred
  • Preference given to applicants currently based in Singapore
