Full job description

Liftoff is seeking a mid-level full-time remote sales professional to manage and grow key ad monetization partner relationships across the Americas. The role involves forecasting revenue, managing pipelines, serving as main client contact, upselling and cross-selling products, developing strong client relationships, leading meetings, working cross-functionally to structure deals, synthesizing customer feedback, and attending industry events. Candidates must have 3+ years experience in business management and client negotiations, strong data analysis and communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to travel up to 25%. Experience in mobile, gaming, ad tech, e-commerce, or consulting is a plus. The company offers competitive salaries, equity, medical coverage, wellness stipends, and other perks. What you'll do

  • Forecast revenue and manage a pipeline of potential and current business
  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
  • Grow key existing partnerships through a deep understanding of products and service offerings to upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Develop strong relationships with decision makers in key accounts in North America
  • Put together, attend, and lead client meetings and QBRs
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Ops, Product, Demand) to structure deals that maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction
  • Synthesize customer feedback and help inform the product roadmap
  • Attend industry events to evangelize Liftoff and its technology

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in managing new and existing business, attaining quota or quarterly revenue targets
  • Track record of leading successful client negotiations to close new business
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization, and ability to extract and clearly communicate insights from complex data sets
  • Relationship builder with ability to build meaningful connections with clients
  • Entrepreneurial and ambitious self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Effective communicator
  • Experience in the tech industry—mobile, gaming, ad tech, e-commerce, or consulting is a strong plus
  • Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for in-person client meetings
