Full job description

InMobi Advertising seeks an Account Manager with search advertising experience to manage Microsoft Bing Ads search inventory partnership. The role involves managing client accounts, executing campaigns flawlessly, driving revenue growth through upsells and optimizations, educating clients on Bing Ads platform, and collaborating with internal teams. Requirements include minimum 3 years in Search Engine Marketing Sales or online media, strong knowledge of internet advertising metrics (CPA, CPM, CPC), excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). What you'll do

  • Create a collaborative, trust-based work environment respecting diverse communication styles
  • Own day-to-day management for newly onboarded and existing customers
  • Flawless execution of campaigns and coordination with internal resources
  • Ensure billing and compliance requirements are met
  • Contribute to quality and actionable Customer Plan
  • Drive campaign-level budget upsell and optimization opportunities aligned to client ROI goals
  • Leverage internal tools and tactics to prioritize upsells and optimizations
  • Provide feedback to improve tactics relevance to client goals
  • Use self-serve tools and community forums to deliver insights for clients
  • Educate clients on Bing Ads platform and features to help reach business goals
  • Ensure regular client engagement with Bing Ads platform and reduce reliance on Account Manager for routine tasks
  • Develop intermediate knowledge of emerging products/features
  • Manage customer escalations leveraging Account Executive and internal partners
  • Partner with account team to provide feedback on product, tools, and processes
  • Own and execute customer transition process and change management
  • Continually strengthen Bing Ads and Search Industry expertise
  • Take accountability for career and personal development including training completion

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ in Search Engine Marketing Sales or online media and Service experience
  • Strong knowledge of Internet advertising: CPA, CPM, CPC, search marketing, lead generation, direct response
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with a 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to partner collaboratively with other functional areas within the company
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management
  • Talented in storytelling and delivering engaging presentations
  • Solid knowledge of the search industry, trends, and customer needs
  • Passion for technology as an enabler for customer and company growth
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferable
  • Critical thinker who is organized and can make decisions based on clear priorities
  • Collaborative teammate who can build successful team relationships and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
