Full job description

RTB House is seeking a mid-level Account Manager for its DACH region team. The role is full-time and remote with optional office access in Berlin. Responsibilities include managing relationships and negotiating with large e-commerce clients, upselling campaigns and products, providing campaign performance transparency, creating remarketing strategies, and collaborating with internal technical and sales teams. Regular travel within the DACH region is expected. Candidates should have 3+ years managing client relationships, strong knowledge of online advertising and performance marketing, experience with incrementality tests, multi-touch attribution models, and MMMs, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in German and English (C1+).
