Full job description

Vistar Media seeks a motivated Account Manager for the Demand Sales team to grow DSP revenue in the EMEA region. Responsibilities include daily client support, onboarding, strategic consulting, client health checks, internal and external communication, relationship building, and platform advocacy. Requirements: sales experience, basic digital advertising technology knowledge, familiarity with OOH media, client relationship skills, and Dutch language proficiency. What you'll do

  • Support the smooth running of client advertising campaigns through daily contact
  • Onboard new clients with platform run-throughs tailored to their needs
  • Consult clients on strategic plans, recommend new technology & features, and provide best practices
  • Perform client health checks to ensure maximum platform utilization
  • Communicate with internal teams (creative design, development) and external partners (media owners, data & tech providers)
  • Identify and build strong relationships with clients and industry network including media owners and data partners
  • Advocate for the platform and product

Requirements

  • Relevant experience or a background in sales positions
  • Basic comprehension of digital advertising technology
  • Introductory familiarity with Out-of-Home (OOH) media and advertising
  • Skill in establishing and nurturing client relationships, showcasing retention and expansion strategies
  • Must speak Dutch
