Full job description

InMobi Advertising seeks a Lead Account Manager with search advertising experience to manage Microsoft Advertising inventory on Bing. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, driving revenue and feature adoption, coordinating with account strategists, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requires minimum 3 years experience in Search Engine Marketing, Sales, or online media, strong knowledge of internet advertising metrics (CPA, CPM, CPC), excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). Must be able to build strong client relationships, meet revenue targets, educate clients on Bing Ads platform, and collaborate with internal teams. Proficiency in Excel and Bing Ads certification preferred. Location: Jakarta, Indonesia.

What you'll do

  • Manage complete transaction and management of Microsoft Advertising inventory across Bing
  • Coordinate with a team of Account Strategists and support Account Management Head to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue objectives
  • Serve corporate customers by building and maintaining strong, trusted-advisor relationships
  • Manage assigned clients focused on revenue targets, feature adoption, and client-driven goals
  • Create a collaborative, trust-based work environment respecting diversity and communication styles
  • Own day-to-day management for newly onboarded and existing customers, ensuring flawless campaign execution
  • Drive campaign-level budget upsell and optimization opportunities aligned with client ROI goals
  • Educate clients on Bing Ads platform features and ensure regular client engagement
  • Ensure timely and proactive customer escalations and partner with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Submit actionable feedback on product, tool, and processes
  • Own and execute customer transition process and change management
  • Continually strengthen Bing Ads and Search Industry expertise and complete required trainings

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing, Sales, or online media, and Service experience
  • Strong knowledge of Internet advertising: CPA, CPM, CPC, search marketing, lead generation, direct response
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to partner collaboratively with other functional areas within the company
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexities related to client management
  • Talented in storytelling and delivering engaging presentations
  • Solid knowledge of the search industry, trends, and customers' needs
  • Passion for technology as an enabler for customer and company growth
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferable
  • Critical thinker who is organized and can make decisions based on clear priorities
  • Collaborative teammate who can build successful team relationships and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
