Full job description
Manage and grow key accounts by building client relationships and providing strategic recommendations. Collaborate with Trading and Business Development teams to onboard customers and grow accounts. Become an expert on The Trade Desk platform to improve client campaigns and KPIs. Provide client training on new features. Work with Product Management to define and enhance platform features. Create training materials and best practices for Client Services. Requires 2+ years client-facing experience in Ad Tech/Digital Marketing/Programmatic, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to collaborate cross-functionally, proven account growth track record, effective time management, willingness to travel up to 25%, and ambition to grow into senior roles.

- Manage and grow a roster of key accounts by building strong client relationships, providing strategic recommendations and exceptional client service
- Collaborate with the Trading team to rapidly onboard new customers and provide data driven insights to clients
