Vistar Media, a global digital out-of-home advertising marketplace, is hiring a mid-level Client Success Manager. The role involves managing demand clients across managed and self-service buys, understanding the platform and product offerings, responding to RFPs, creating media plans, partnering with Sales to manage client relationships, growing client platform usage, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve product capabilities. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of client success experience in media or advertising, knowledge of programmatic advertising, RTB, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and proficiency with ad platforms and measurement partners like DCM, Sizmek, Salesforce, IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT, Nielsen, Millward Brown, and ResearchNow.
