Full job description
Silverpush is seeking a mid-level Customer Success Manager / Account Manager based in Düsseldorf, Germany. The role involves managing multiple digital media customer accounts, focusing on campaign delivery, client relationship management, and account growth. Responsibilities include campaign analysis, reporting, upselling, cross-selling, project coordination with internal teams, and client advocacy. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in account management or customer success within digital media, experience with YouTube and campaign metrics, strong communication and organizational skills, and an analytical mindset. The position is full-time and reports to the Head of Customer Success, Europe.
What you'll do
- Ownership of named customer accounts and all aspects of campaign delivery including client management, campaign analysis, reporting, post campaign reports, and quarterly business reviews
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as primary point of contact
