Full job description

Silverpush is seeking a mid-level Customer Success Manager / Account Manager based in Düsseldorf, Germany. The role involves managing multiple client accounts in digital media, focusing on campaign delivery, client relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling. Responsibilities include campaign analysis, reporting, client communication, and collaboration with internal teams to meet client goals. Candidates must have at least 4 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, and experience with YouTube and campaign metrics. What you'll do

  • Ownership of named accounts and all aspects of campaign delivery including client management, campaign analysis, reporting, post campaign reports, and quarterly business reviews
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as primary point of contact
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and business objectives to provide tailored solutions and seamless campaign execution
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
  • Proactively address client concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, product) to improve processes and meet client expectations
  • Track key account metrics to evaluate performance and client success
  • Provide regular updates to clients on progress, results, and new opportunities
  • Address client issues promptly and coordinate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions
  • Act as an advocate for clients within the organization

Requirements

  • Min 4 years experience in account management, customer success, or a related role in digital media
  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Experience working with YouTube and strong understanding of campaign metrics
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
