Full job description

DoubleVerify seeks an Account Manager responsible for managing customer accounts and relationships, overseeing campaign implementation, launch, reporting, remediation, and billing. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Implementation, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance teams to deliver customer service and solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining strategic account plans, conducting client meetings, identifying churn risks, performing monthly audits, managing documentation in Salesforce, and ensuring issue resolution. Requirements include 4+ years of work experience, 1-2 years in Sales or Account Management within online advertising, a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, experience with ad serving technology, and strong communication skills. English proficiency is required. Location: Mexico City, Mexico.

What you'll do

  • Establish contact reports including QBR delivery, monthly office hours, feature update meetings and education sessions
  • Have strategic conversations during all applicable client touch points and regularly update manager with new information
  • Execute and maintain Strategic Account Plan for all Top Tier advertisers in portfolio and review status monthly
  • Keep abreast of industry and client specific news and proactively provide suggestions for optimizations and new product/feature opportunities
  • Identify common questions, trends and challenges and establish action plans to improve knowledge retention for clients
  • Identify potential churn risks and escalate immediately to appropriate salesperson and manager
  • Provide monthly updates on churn factors including competitor engagement, recurring issues, product awareness and client engagement
  • Perform monthly audit of entire book of business and present to manager by the 10th of the following month
  • Clean-up AM dashboard weekly ensuring all audit tasks are on track
  • Upload all client related documents including reporting, marketing updates, and education sessions in Salesforce
  • Complete all internal tracker and status documents within designated timeframes
  • Provide regular updates to clients, partners and internal stakeholders and ensure resolution of issues

Requirements

  • 4+ years overall work experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management with a deep understanding of the online advertising industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Direct experience working at an advertising agency, publisher, ad network or demand side platform
  • Experience with Ad Serving technology
  • Comprehensive understanding of the online media marketplace
  • Experience managing online media products and technologies such as creative trafficking, campaign management, or ad serving
  • Self-motivated, independent thinker and a team player
  • Proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management including senior executive level
  • Organized with rigorous attention to detail and a positive 'can-do' approach
  • Passion and desire to play a key role in driving a new business to success in advertising technology
  • English is required
