Full job description

RTB House is seeking a mid-level Account Manager for their Stockholm office with a hybrid work model. The role involves managing relationships with large Nordic e-commerce clients, negotiating business terms, up- and cross-selling campaigns, providing campaign performance transparency, creating retargeting strategies, and collaborating with sales and technical teams. Candidates should have 3+ years experience in online advertising campaign management, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in English (Swedish is a plus). What you'll do

  • Develop relationships and negotiate business terms with decision-makers of the largest e-commerce companies in the Nordic region
  • Up- and cross-sell campaigns and products to ensure the growth of the accounts
  • Provide transparency over campaign performance for the client representatives to ensure premium customer service
  • Create retargeting strategies for different verticals
  • Develop professional technical knowledge related to RTB House solutions and digital marketing developments
  • Work closely with technical and sales teams to ensure superior campaign performance

Requirements

  • Understanding of the online advertising industry, especially performance marketing
  • 3+ years of experience managing online advertising campaigns in a client-facing role
  • Self-motivated, positive individual with an achiever attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to absorb information quickly and deliver within tight time frames
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and identify up- and cross-selling opportunities
  • Full proficiency in English (C1 or above), Swedish is a plus
