Full job description

RTB House is seeking a mid-level Account Manager based in the United States, preferably in the Eastern or Central time zones. The role is full-time with flexible remote, in-office, or hybrid work options. The Account Manager will manage client relationships post-sale, focusing on campaign management, performance optimization, and account growth for leading brands. Responsibilities include client communication, campaign launches, product expertise, and performance reporting. Candidates should have 3+ years in adtech or agency roles managing online advertising campaigns, 2+ years in client-facing roles, a bachelor's degree, strong organizational and analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. The salary range is $93,000 to $123,000 base pay. Benefits include comprehensive training, full medical insurance coverage, 401K matching, stipends, bonuses, and community events.

What you'll do

  • Own client relationship post-sale ensuring superior client service
  • Manage campaign performance optimization and account growth
  • Build strong client relationships through regular meetings and communication via phone, video, and email
  • Maintain clear, concise, and timely communication regarding all customer requests
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all RTB House products and services
  • Lead ad campaign launches and manage communication across internal teams
  • Provide regular reporting and updates on campaign performance including QBR presentations

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience working in adtech or an agency role, managing online advertising campaigns for clients
  • 2+ years experience in a client-facing role
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Passion for customer service with ability to anticipate customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Data driven mindset comfortable with organizing data in Excel and PowerPoint to present insights and recommendations
  • Positive, can-do attitude with high motivation and willingness to learn
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
