Full job description

Vistar Media seeks a mid-level Client Success professional for the APAC team to manage top-tier clients in the digital out-of-home advertising space. The role requires 4-6 years of client success experience in media or advertising, strong knowledge of programmatic advertising including RTB, DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs, and proficiency with ad platforms and measurement partners such as DCM, Sizmek, Salesforce, IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT, Nielsen, and others. Responsibilities include managing client campaigns, responding to RFPs, client relationship management, training self-service clients, upselling, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, and producing client reports.
