Full job description

Vistar Media, a global ad tech company specializing in digital out-of-home advertising, is seeking a mid-level Client Success professional for its APAC team based in Singapore. The role involves managing demand clients across managed and self-service buys, understanding and communicating the Vistar Media platform, responding to RFPs, partnering with Sales to manage client relationships, growing client platform usage, communicating with agencies and vendors, upselling and renewing clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve product capabilities, and producing client-facing reports. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of client success experience in media or advertising, knowledge of programmatic advertising, RTB, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad tech, media buying, ad operations, and proficiency with ad platforms and measurement partners such as DCM, Sizmek, Salesforce, IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT, Nielsen, Lifesight, Pure Profile, Circana, and OnDevice. What you'll do

  • Manage Vistar’s demand clients across managed and self-service buys
  • Understand the Vistar Media platform, its core product offerings, and communicate how it can meet client objectives
  • Respond to RFPs and create comprehensive media plans for existing and potential clients
  • Partner with Sales to manage client relationships and client satisfaction, including determining client goals, deliverables, asset management, and delivery to achieve campaign success
  • Grow client platform usage and improve results through training and onboarding self-service clients
  • Communicate directly with agencies, brands, DSPs, internal teams and external vendors as necessary
  • Upsell and renew existing clients with innovative ideas that focus on retention and growing business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and enhance product capabilities to improve and streamline user experience
  • Produce QBRs and client-facing reporting decks with insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years experience working in client success role within the media or advertising industry
  • Experience with the programmatic ecosystem, RTB, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs
  • Understanding of ad tech, media buying, planning, ad operations, trafficking, and analytics
  • Proficiency working in ad platforms, ad verification, and with measurement partners such as DCM, Sizmek, Salesforce, IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT, Nielsen, Lifesight, Pure Profile, Circana, OnDevice
