Full job description

Verve is seeking a junior Account Manager to manage client relationships and omnichannel digital campaigns including OLV, Display, and CTV. Responsibilities include client communication, campaign lifecycle management, coordinating internal teams, monitoring performance, and identifying growth opportunities. Requires 1-2 years experience in account management or client services in media or advertising, understanding of digital advertising ecosystem, proficiency with programmatic platforms, Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. Strong communication, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Location: London, UK.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with clients focusing on retention
  • Understand client campaign objectives, goals, and brand positioning
  • Act as primary point of contact for campaign communications including setup, troubleshooting, and identifying opportunities
  • Support senior team members in delivering quarterly business reviews and strategic account reviews
  • Manage client expectations and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle including briefing, trafficking QA, trader optimisation support, reporting, and post-campaign analysis
  • Coordinate campaign delivery across internal teams ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through weekly reporting and post-campaign analyses
  • Maintain accurate account documentation including briefs, status trackers, and campaign summaries
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services
  • Act as central contact between clients and internal departments (Trading, Ad Ops, Creative, Insights)
  • Help identify internal platform gaps, challenges or client needs
  • Ensure internal teams align with client expectations and deliverables
  • Use programmatic platforms (DSPs/SSPs) for campaign delivery and reporting
  • Use CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce
  • Use data visualisation platforms like Tableau or similar
  • Interpret campaign performance data and translate into insight-led recommendations and client-ready presentations

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in account management and/or client services, preferably within a media, advertising, or agency environment
  • Good understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including media types and buys
  • Experience supporting or managing omnichannel campaigns across digital channels (e.g. display, online video, and rich media formats)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in client-facing situations
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and internal stakeholders simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides for reporting and presentations)
