Full job description

Vistar Media seeks a commercially driven Account Executive to join the Sales team. The role connects demand-side sales with client service teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and strong client outcomes. Responsibilities include managing campaign delivery, liaising on client briefs, analyzing media plans, supporting sales in client relationships, providing reporting, attending meetings, troubleshooting, and managing multiple campaigns. Requirements include 3+ years in media agency or media sales, strong digital media or OOH knowledge, excellent communication, analytical skills, organization, problem-solving, and ability to manage priorities. What you'll do

  • Act as the conduit between Sales and Client Services to deliver campaigns efficiently and effectively
  • Liaise on client briefs and translate them into actionable campaign plans
  • Analyse media plans and provide thoughtful, data-led recommendations to clients and internal teams
  • Support the Sales team in managing agency and client relationships
  • Monitor campaign delivery and provide proactive recommendations to improve outcomes
  • Deliver clear and insightful reporting to clients
  • Attend client and agency meetings, contributing confidently to discussions
  • Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and problem solve in real time
  • Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a media agency or media sales environment
  • Strong understanding of digital media or out of home experience is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve and remain solutions-focused under pressure
  • Comfortable working to tight timelines and managing multiple priorities
  • A collaborative team player who supports the broader Sales function
