Silverpush is hiring an Account Executive based in Toronto, Canada to support agency partnerships and business growth. The role requires 5+ years in advertising or digital media with experience in digital video or programmatic platforms. Responsibilities include prospecting and closing new business, managing client relationships, collaborating on advertising strategies using AI-powered solutions, meeting sales targets, and reporting on sales performance. What you'll do

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and media partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for long-term success and account growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present tailored advertising strategies leveraging AI-powered solutions
  • Understand client needs and create customized proposals aligned with advertising goals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through lead generation and negotiation
  • Stay updated with industry trends, digital advertising technologies, and emerging market opportunities
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasting, and market insights

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in advertising or digital media, ideally with exposure to digital video or programmatic platforms
  • Strong organizational skills managing complex campaign logistics, decks, emails, calendars
  • High emotional intelligence to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Enthusiasm and curiosity for tech-driven media solutions, especially contextual intelligence, AI, and brand safety on YouTube and CTV
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting campaign updates and client follow-up
  • Experience in long-term client development rather than cold prospecting
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with CRM, reporting dashboards, and planning platforms
