Full job description
StackAdapt is hiring an Account Director responsible for sales and customer relationship management focused on programmatic advertising revenue growth from agencies and brands. The role requires identifying and closing sales deals, managing client relationships, collaborating with product teams, and working with Account Managers to grow accounts. Candidates should have digital advertising sales experience, familiarity with CRM tools, ability to create client pitch decks, a successful sales track record, technical understanding of platforms, and willingness to travel regionally. The position is full-time, remote-first, with preference for candidates located in Hong Kong.
What you'll do
- Identify, pitch, and close platform sales deals with local agencies and brands
- Work closely with management/product teams to get products specified and built
- Manage existing client relations and seek account growth opportunities
- Work with dedicated StackAdapt Account Manager to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new campaign strategies and solutions to clients and building strong relationships
Requirements
- Digital advertising sales experience - programmatic is a plus
- Utilised various CRM tools to build a robust pipeline and ensured ongoing client satisfaction, renewal and opportunity discovery
- Experience building client pitch decks and associated research to close new business
- Track record of success in a quota carrying environment
- Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
- Willing to travel occasionally to meet with clients within their region
