The role includes commercial account leadership and strategic CRM consulting, partnering with internal teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes and long-term customer success. Key duties include strategic client leadership, CRM strategy development, customer success management, commercial growth, project and delivery oversight, data and insights analysis, and executive communication.
