Full job description

Account Director role based in New York. Responsible for understanding client business objectives, delivering presentations, building relationships with brands and agencies, responding to RFPs/RFIs, creating custom solutions, maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene, liaising with Ad Operations and Account Management, prioritizing account retention, and supporting cross-functional teams with insights. Requires 3+ years in digital ad sales with experience in programmatic or managed service deals, new business development, strong sales fundamentals, startup collaboration, client education, and executive-level presentation skills. What you'll do

  • Understand client’s business objectives and challenges
  • Articulate Seedtag’s value proposition through live and virtual presentations
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with brands and agencies through consultative selling
  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs with business plans, media proposals, and commercial opportunities
  • Build and package innovative custom solutions aligned with company strengths
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and up-to-date pipeline with CRM hygiene
  • Liaison with Ad Operations and Account Management to define client success
  • Prioritize account retention and optimize outcomes
  • Support cross-functional teams with customer insights, trends, and case studies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital ad sales with a track record in both programmatic and/or managed service-type deals
  • Experience in breaking new business and growing existing accounts
  • Love the fundamentals of sales, measuring what works, and being in front of clients
  • Eagerness to work in a startup team environment and partner well across departments for collaboration
  • Ability to educate and consult business clients to maximize their potential
  • Stellar presenter and comfortable with executive-level interaction
