Full job description
Viant is seeking a senior Account Director for its Chicago sales team to drive new business and grow sales of the Viant DSP platform. The role focuses on generating revenue through new client acquisition and managing relationships with independent agencies in the Chicago market. Responsibilities include leading sales team engagement, identifying new business opportunities, consulting with clients to align marketing objectives with Viant solutions, and meeting revenue quotas. Candidates should have 6-8 years of programmatic/ad tech sales experience, strong knowledge of digital media and programmatic advertising, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a bachelor's degree. Benefits include fully paid health insurance, paid parental leave, and unlimited PTO. Salary range is $140,000 - $150,000.
