Viant is seeking an Account Director for the NY market sales team to drive new business and grow sales of the Viant DSP. The role involves identifying new business opportunities with agencies and brand directs, consulting with clients to align marketing objectives with Viant solutions, generating sales activities, meeting revenue quotas, negotiating contracts, cultivating client relationships, expanding product footprint, and providing client feedback. Requirements include 7+ years of programmatic/ad tech sales experience in the NY tri-state market, strong knowledge of digital media and ad tech, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, consultative selling experience, and a bachelor's degree. Benefits include fully paid health insurance, paid parental leave, and unlimited PTO. Base salary range is $150,000 - $170,000.
