Full job description
Viant is hiring an Account Director for its Los Angeles sales team to drive new business and grow sales of the Viant DSP platform. The role focuses on generating revenue by identifying new business opportunities with media agencies and advertisers, consulting clients on marketing objectives, and expanding Viant’s footprint through cross-selling and up-selling. Candidates should have 6-8 years of programmatic/ad tech sales experience, strong knowledge of digital media and ad tech, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include leading sales team participation, meeting revenue quotas, negotiating contracts, and cultivating client relationships. Benefits include fully paid health insurance, paid parental leave, and unlimited PTO. Salary range is $140,000 to $150,000. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Los Angeles, California.
