Verve is hiring a Revenue / Yield Ops Manager to oversee digital ad campaign performance across its supply network. The role involves monitoring delivery, pacing, and margins; identifying opportunities to scale or reduce supply; analyzing campaign and supply data; building dashboards and reports for leadership; collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Client Services, Sales, Product, and Tech teams; and communicating trends in traffic, performance, and profitability. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Ops or Yield Management, strong analytical and BI skills (Excel, Looker, Tableau), a solid understanding of digital media delivery and monetization, a data-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work nights and weekends during peak periods. The position is full-time with a hybrid work environment based in New York City. Salary range is $130,000 to $160,000 USD.
