StackAdapt seeks a Web Specialist to manage website operations including publishing, QA, updates, maintenance, and CMS management. The role involves coordinating website updates across multiple teams, managing multilingual workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of web projects. Candidates should have 2+ years experience in website operations or related fields, proficiency with CMS (WordPress) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), strong organizational and communication skills, and an interest in SEO, content strategy, and AI tools. This is a remote full-time position open to candidates anywhere in Canada. Salary range for Ontario candidates is $64,000 to $76,000 CAD base.

What you'll do

  • Own day-to-day website operations including publishing, QA, formatting, updates, maintenance, and CMS management
  • Manage and execute website updates and operational initiatives across Marketing, Legal, Events, Product Marketing, and Regional teams
  • Manage multilingual workflows and translation coordination for regional teams
  • Coordinate project timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communication to eliminate operational bottlenecks
  • Work closely with designers and developers to ensure website projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
  • Contribute to web content creation, editing, SEO initiatives, governance documentation, and operational consistency
  • Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and scale website initiatives

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in website operations, digital marketing, content publishing, project coordination, or related roles
  • Experience working within a CMS such as WordPress
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or similar
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder requests simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Effective communication and coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with project plans, timelines, approvals, and task management workflows
  • Strong writing and editing skills with interest in web content, SEO, and content strategy
  • Interest and excitement to work with AI tools and technologies to build efficient and scalable processes
  • Eagerness to learn about web operations, user experience, SEO, and website performance
  • Ability to work independently and escalate issues or ask for support when needed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
