Full job description

We are seeking a mid-level Web Designer with 4+ years of experience to design websites, landing pages, and campaign experiences for a gaming ecosystem. Responsibilities include creating creative concepts, user experiences, static and animated assets, narratives, storyboards, and collaborating on marketing campaigns. Requirements include strong visual design skills, proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, experience with wireframes and storyboards, and passion for gaming. Bonus skills include 3D modeling, HTML/CSS/JavaScript prototyping, illustration, and gameplay capture. Location: Ramat Gan, Israel.

What you'll do

  • Conceptualize and produce exciting creative concepts in the realm of AAA gaming from start to finish
  • Create user experiences and static or animated assets, including websites, landing pages, banners, and motion graphics elements
  • Compose narratives, scripts, storyboards, and visual adaptations for concepts through live video production, motion design, web design, or other marketing materials
  • Help talented creators promote their apps and mods to millions of gamers and empower them to make a living from their projects
  • Collaborate with the team to create fully realized marketing campaigns across various products

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven web design experience across web apps, websites, and advertising
  • Demonstrable creative design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Strong visual design skills and an eye for clean, simple design
  • Solid experience creating wireframes and storyboards from briefs
  • Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, and After Effects in a PC-based production environment
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance creative workflows when appropriate
  • Passion for hardcore gaming (PC and console)
  • Bonus: Experience with 3D modeling and animation
  • Bonus: Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping purposes
  • Bonus: Ability to illustrate vector icons and figures
  • Bonus: Ability to illustrate 2D art, characters, and concepts
  • Bonus: Experience capturing in-game footage or gameplay
  • Bonus: Natural resistance to scope creep, deadline dragons, and rogue content requests
