The VP, Salesforce Solutions is a senior pre-sales and solutioning leader responsible for shaping and winning Salesforce multi-cloud and Agentforce engagements within Merkle's Data Driven Marketing business unit. This role involves developing solution architectures aligned with client business outcomes, partnering with senior and C-level client stakeholders, and leading internal pursuit teams. Responsibilities include owning the solutioning process, maintaining strategic and technical expertise on Salesforce clouds, collaborating with Salesforce partner teams, building pre-sales assets, advising on emerging Salesforce innovations, leveraging Merkury identity platform, defining Agentforce and AI readiness strategies, and contributing to practice development and thought leadership. Requires 10+ years of Salesforce platform strategy experience, strong executive communication skills, and ability to influence enterprise purchase decisions. The role is hybrid with up to 25% travel and offers a salary range of $163,000 to $250,000 with comprehensive benefits.
