Full job description
Vice President of Revenue Operations responsible for designing and operating the commercial infrastructure to enable predictable, scalable, and profitable growth globally. Lead revenue planning, forecasting, commercial systems, governance, business intelligence, systems strategy, and AI-enabled operational transformation. Partner with executive leadership across departments to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements. Own commercial strategy, revenue delivery, data infrastructure, AI and automation initiatives, and cross-functional leadership. Requires 15+ years leadership experience in Revenue Operations or related fields, experience scaling global B2B SaaS or ad tech businesses, executive leadership experience, and success in operational transformation and AI implementation. What you'll do
- Design and continuously evolve global revenue operating model to support growth across enterprise, mid-market, agency, and partner segments
- Translate corporate objectives into measurable commercial plans, operating rhythms, and execution frameworks
- Drive annual and quarterly planning processes including capacity planning, territory design, coverage models, and investment prioritization
- Partner with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, risks, and operational improvements
- Establish leading indicators, KPI frameworks, and executive dashboards for real-time revenue visibility
- Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reviews across commercial organization
- Improve forecast accuracy and drive accountability across sales, agency, customer success, and partnerships teams
- Partner closely with FP&A to ensure operational rigor, financial accountability, and delivery of FP&A requirements
- Own JBP strategy for top customers with tracking mechanisms for forward momentum
- Create unified commercial data architecture enabling trusted reporting and decision-making
- Drive system scalability, automation, and process standardization across regions and functions
- Establish best-in-class data quality and operational excellence standards
- Lead AI-first approach to revenue operations
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows, improve seller productivity, accelerate decision-making, and reduce operational friction
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to deploy AI-powered solutions across forecasting, planning, pipeline management, account prioritization, and customer intelligence
- Establish culture of continuous operational innovation
- Act as strategic partner to Revenue, Finance, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams
- Align planning, execution, and measurement across customer lifecycle
- Lead and develop high-performing global Revenue Operations culture
- Build strong operating discipline while fostering collaboration and accountability
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Strategy, Sales Operations, Finance, Consulting, or related disciplines
- Significant experience scaling global B2B SaaS, advertising technology, martech, media technology, or platform businesses
- Experience operating at executive leadership level with responsibility for commercial planning, forecasting, governance, and performance management
- Proven track record supporting multi-billion-dollar revenue organizations or hyper-growth technology businesses
- Deep expertise in forecasting, compensation design, territory planning, pipeline management, and commercial analytics
- Experience leading large-scale operational transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated success implementing AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve business performance
- Experience managing and developing global teams
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
- Highly analytical and data-driven decision maker
