Integral Ad Science seeks a Vice President of Product for Connected TV (CTV) to lead the entire CTV strategy across buy-side and sell-side initiatives, including Publica. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this role requires defining the vision and roadmap for CTV products, managing a team of 6-7 product managers, driving execution and delivery of key milestones, partnering with Go-To-Market and Product Marketing teams for product launches and revenue growth, and managing strategic partnerships internally and externally. The candidate must have deep technical and market knowledge of the CTV ecosystem (SSAI, header bidding, ad serving, DSPs, SSPs), 15+ years in product management with a focus on programmatic/video/CTV advertising, proven leadership experience, strong commercial mindset, and excellent communication skills. Experience with AI, M&A, and fast-paced environments is highly valued. Salary range is $250,000 to $400,000 annually. Location options include New York, NY and San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model.
