Full job description

The VP, Corporate Finance is a senior finance leader responsible for financial leadership and strategic decision support to executive management. This includes owning operating and financial planning, forecasting, annual planning, long-range modeling, and KPI management in a public company environment. The role oversees Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Operational Finance, and Sales Finance, partnering with CFO and executive leadership to support earnings readiness, Board and investor materials, and long-term strategic objectives. Responsibilities include leading financial planning, developing executive financial materials, supporting external communications, overseeing strategic finance initiatives, advising senior leaders, leading Sales and Operational Finance, driving execution across workstreams, improving finance workflows with automation and AI, and building a high-performing finance team. Requirements include investment banking or equivalent strategic finance experience, public company experience, strong financial modeling and analytical skills, ability to drive operational efficiencies, thrive in high-intensity environments, strong communication, project management skills, and team leadership experience. Benefits include fully paid health insurance, paid parental leave, and unlimited PTO. Base compensation range is $215,000 - $260,000.

What you'll do

  • Own company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and long-range modeling, including quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-year outlooks
  • Lead development of financial materials for executive leadership, including Board presentations, earnings-related analysis, investor messaging, and ad hoc strategic reviews
  • Partner closely with the CFO, SVP, and EVP of Finance & Accounting to support external financial communications and key stakeholder narratives
  • Oversee strategic finance initiatives such as product economics, pricing analysis, partnership and M&A evaluations, investment decision support, and valuation modeling
  • Serve as a trusted financial advisor to senior leaders across Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing, translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights
  • Lead Sales Finance in partnership with Sales, Revenue Operations, and HR to support revenue forecasting, performance analysis, incentive compensation modeling, and strategic sales initiatives
  • Oversee Operational Finance to ensure strong KPI reporting, trend analysis, and a clear connection between operational performance and financial outcomes
  • Drive disciplined execution across multiple workstreams, establishing clear processes, milestones, and communication cadences while proactively managing risks and dependencies
  • Continuously improve finance workflows by identifying inefficiencies and championing automation and AI-enabled tools to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance organization, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements
