Full job description

VP, Enterprise Ad Sales - North America role based in NYC office. Lead revenue growth and sales execution across North America. Requires 15+ years sales leadership in AdTech or digital media, 12+ years in senior sales roles, managing large teams (100+), deep US market knowledge, strong relationships with marketers and agencies, and expertise in performance advertising and programmatic infrastructure. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategy, managing agency relationships, leading enterprise sales and account management teams, budget management, cross-functional alignment, and fostering inclusive culture. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k matching, commuter benefits, equity, flexible PTO, and paid parental leave. Salary range $300,000-$375,000 base, $500,000-$625,000 OTE.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary North America stakeholder on the Global Sales & Partnerships leadership team
  • Create, implement, and execute a scalable North America sales strategy to meet revenue and margin targets
  • Align to internal company strategy and long-term goals while assessing business competitively
  • Own and develop North America agency relationships and serve as senior point of contact for agencies and channel partners
  • Define and execute agency and channel partnership strategy to drive incremental revenue
  • Engage directly with clients, agencies, and channel partners at senior levels including executive relationship development and escalation support
  • Lead North America Enterprise Sales & Account Management organization, managing Regional Directors and teams
  • Build and lead a high-performing, outcomes-driven organization with clear performance standards
  • Manage budgets and broader leadership responsibilities across North America Enterprise organization
  • Maintain communication and alignment with cross-functional teams including Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations
  • Foster an inclusive, equitable, and psychologically safe working environment
  • Partner with HR on people situations and support healthy working culture
  • Collaborate on regional programming, office operations, compliance, and employee communications
  • Manage North America entertainment budget and regional suite including client functions and employee access programs

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in AdTech, digital media, or performance advertising
  • 12+ years in a senior sales role with prior experience at a platform, digital media publisher, agency, or e-commerce company
  • Proven regional leadership and experience managing 100+ person sales and account management teams
  • Deep relationships and local market understanding across the US and North American advertising market
  • Comprehensive knowledge of both the publisher and advertiser business with fluency in advertiser buying behavior, publisher monetization, programmatic infrastructure, and open-web performance advertising
  • Proven success navigating complex, matrixed global organizations
  • Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic vision in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional commercial judgment and decision-making skills under uncertainty
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills including revenue modeling, quota math, pipeline analytics, ROI frameworks, budgeting, and business planning
  • Technologically savvy with ability to learn and apply technical knowledge to support deal implementation and optimization
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels with sensitivity toward cultural differences
