Full job description
VP, Enterprise Ad Sales - North America role based in NYC office. Lead revenue growth and sales execution across North America. Requires 15+ years sales leadership in AdTech/digital media/performance advertising, 12+ years senior sales experience, managing 100+ person teams, deep US market relationships, knowledge of advertiser and publisher business, programmatic infrastructure, and performance advertising. Responsibilities include leading NA sales strategy, managing agency relationships, direct client engagement, team leadership, budget management, cross-functional alignment, and fostering inclusive culture. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401k matching, commuter benefits, hybrid work schedule, discretionary bonus, equity, flexible PTO, and paid parental leave. Salary range $300,000-$375,000 base, $500,000-$625,000 OTE.

Requirements
15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in AdTech, digital media, or performance advertising
12+ years in a senior sales role with prior experience at a platform, digital media publisher, agency, or e-commerce company
Proven regional leadership and experience managing 100+ person sales and account management teams
Deep relationships and local market understanding across the US and North American advertising market
Comprehensive knowledge of both the publisher and advertiser business with fluency across advertiser buying behavior, publisher monetization, programmatic infrastructure, and open-web performance advertising
Proven success navigating complex, matrixed global organizations
Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic vision
Exceptional commercial judgment and decision-making under uncertainty
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Technologically savvy with ability to learn and apply technical knowledge
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
