Vice President, Client Partner role responsible for leading a portfolio of strategic accounts generating $5M to $30M+ in annual revenue. Accountable for client satisfaction, revenue retention, margin quality, forecast accuracy, and growth. Requires defending revenue base against erosion and driving expansion through cross-sell and new buying centers. Must set and own account strategy, hold executive-level client relationships, manage commercial aspects including contracts and pricing, and coordinate delivery and sales teams. Requires 15+ years experience in client services or account leadership with P&L responsibility, strong commercial acumen, and deep knowledge of CXM, CRM, Loyalty, Data and Analytics, Digital Marketing, B2B, Enterprise AI, and Martech. Experience with alliance partners such as Adobe, Salesforce, Google, AWS, and Braze preferred. Bachelor's degree required. This is a hybrid remote role requiring regular onsite presence at client location in Princeton, NJ. Salary range $197,225 - $230,000 plus discretionary incentives.
