Full job description
Seeking a VP or Director of Business Development for CTV Content Intelligence to lead commercial expansion of Pixalate’s CTV content measurement and analytics products. Senior individual contributor role reporting to CEO. Responsibilities include scaling go-to-market partnerships, driving strategic integrations with SSPs, DSPs, and agency buyers, developing commercial models, defining value propositions, collaborating with product and engineering, building sales playbooks, representing company at industry events, and reporting to CEO. Requirements include 8-15 years in business development or commercial leadership in ad tech or CTV, deep knowledge of programmatic CTV ecosystem, experience managing SSP/DSP partnerships, prior experience at data or programmatic infrastructure companies, proven track record launching new products, VP or C-level relationships in industry, technical product conversation skills, and ability to operate independently. Scale go-to-market partnerships and drive strategic integrations with highly selective, technically sophisticated partners across the programmatic CTV supply chain, focusing on SSPs first, then DSPs and agency buyers
Identify, evaluate, and close high-value SSP integration partnerships to establish Pixalate as a key content intelligence layer across programmatic CTV supply paths

Report directly to the CEO on partnership pipeline, integration progress, commercial model evolution, and go-to-market performance
Requirements
8–15 years of experience in business development or commercial leadership within ad tech, CTV/streaming measurement, or advanced TV
Deep knowledge of the programmatic CTV ecosystem — supply chain dynamics, SSP and DSP relationships, audience measurement, and content transparency
Demonstrated experience closing or managing SSP or DSP-level data partnerships, including segment licensing, supply path integrations, or data syndication agreements
Prior experience at a data, measurement, or programmatic infrastructure company — SSP, DSP, measurement, identity, verification, or similar
Proven track record of taking a new product or product category to market from an early stage — not only managing existing partnership books
Existing relationships at the VP or C-level across SSPs, DSPs, and major agency holding company trading desks
Comfortable in technical product conversations with engineering and product leadership as well as external technology counterparts at SSPs and DSPs
Highly self-directed; able to operate effectively with limited infrastructure and a high degree of ambiguity
