Requirements
12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting
At least 3 years designing and delivering production generative AI/LLM systems
Recent, substantial hands-on coding experience in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, or Java
Experience building and shipping AI systems with personal ownership of architecture and code
Practical experience with agentic systems and orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, or CrewAI
Experience applying LLM evaluation, observability, RAG, and vector search patterns
Strong foundations in API design, data integration, cloud deployment, containers, automated testing, and CI/CD
Understanding of event-driven integration, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and production monitoring
Ability to translate ambiguous business goals into scalable, secure architectures and communicate tradeoffs
Desire to remain an active individual contributor while providing senior technical leadership
Preferred: experience with managed cloud AI platforms (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud)
Preferred: experience integrating AI with enterprise marketing, commerce, or data platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Braze, Shopify, Marketplacer, Databricks, Snowflake)
Preferred: full-stack development experience
Preferred: classical ML experience including predictive modeling, PyTorch, or MLOps
