Full job description

Lead and develop go-to-market sales strategies aligned with Microsoft and customer needs. Drive strategic direction and business growth across teams. Define customer value realization and satisfaction strategies. Leverage industry expertise to identify new opportunities and coach teams on scalable go-to-market execution. Foster a culture of inclusion, mentorship, and accountability. Manage business planning and alignment across segments and partners. Build executive networks and manage people including growth, development, and performance. Requirements include a relevant degree with 7+ years sales and leadership experience, and 3+ years people management. Preferred qualifications include 10+ years experience and 5+ years leading sales teams.

What you'll do

  • Develop and drive go-to-market sales strategy and execution aligned with Microsoft and customer/partner needs
  • Lead and align business within the segment, driving strategic direction across teams
  • Define ongoing and long-term customer value realization and satisfaction strategies contributing to revenue and business growth
  • Leverage industry and market expertise to identify solutions and new opportunities aligned with customer needs
  • Lead and coach teams on scalable go-to-market implementation to maximize revenue, consumption, and growth
  • Set strategies for leveraging Digital & Artificial Intelligence transformation relevant to customers and partners
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, learning, mentorship, coaching, customer-centricity, accountability, collaboration, and achievement
  • Lead business planning and alignment beyond fiscal year boundaries across segments, partners, and teams
  • Build and maintain a broad executive network inclusive of partners
  • Manage people including driving employee growth, development, project execution, and performance management
  • Coach managers and teams to tailor customer engagement for specific industries and share best practices
  • Drive orchestration among internal teams and hold others accountable
  • Influence adoption of change to drive impact and improve collaboration
  • Develop talent internally and attract needed talent to Microsoft
  • Manage customer planning across accounts to ensure end-to-end orchestration for customer value realization
  • Lead teams to maintain a growth and customer/partner mindset in response to the business environment
  • Direct teams to leverage systems, programs, and tools for consistent customer planning and business rhythm

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 7+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 8+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR equivalent experience
  • 3+ years direct/formal people management experience
  • Preferred: Master's Degree AND 10+ years experience in relevant fields OR Bachelor's Degree AND 13+ years experience OR equivalent experience
  • Preferred: 5+ years experience leading teams and/or managers in a Sales organization
  • Preferred: 5+ years direct/formal people management experience
