Full job description

The Trade Desk is seeking a mid-level Trading Specialist with 2+ years of client-facing experience in ad tech, digital marketing, finance, or data-heavy industries. The role involves collaborating with Account Management and Business Development teams to optimize campaign performance across Display, Online Video, and Connected TV channels. Responsibilities include troubleshooting campaign issues, providing optimization recommendations, analyzing large datasets using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, and creating executive presentations. Candidates must be proficient in client communication, time management, and quantitative analysis tools such as Excel, Vertica, and Power BI. The position is full-time and on-site in Toronto. Compensation ranges from $64,032 to $117,392 CAD base salary, with additional stock-based and variable incentives. The Trade Desk offers an inclusive work environment and accommodation support.

What you'll do

Requirements

  • 2+ years of consultative
  • client-facing work within ad tech (DSP experience highly preferred)
  • digital marketing
  • finance or other data-heavy industries
  • Comfortable with client management and day to day communication
  • Strong ability to communicate complex topics to agency and brand direct stakeholders
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize client asks as well as long term projects
  • Strong quantitative skills using tools such as MS Excel

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
