Full job description
Vice President role leading Retail Media Measurements & Insights at Criteo. Responsible for setting measurement vision, leading client-facing Insights Partners team, defining measurement standards, enabling commercial teams, shaping validation strategy, and representing Retail Media globally. Requires 15+ years experience in measurement and insights strategy in retail or commerce media, strong expertise in incrementality, attribution, marketing mix modeling, and data governance. Must have leadership skills, global privacy knowledge, and ability to engage senior clients and industry audiences. Hybrid work model based in New York. Salary range $260,000 - $315,000 per year.

Serve as credible external voice for Criteo’s measurement approach and methodologies with senior client and industry audiences

Requirements
15+ years of experience owning measurement and insights strategy at scale in retail or commerce media, ad platforms, or a measurement or data provider
Agency experience is highly preferred
Deep expertise in commerce-media measurement including incrementality, attribution, marketing mix modeling, brand lift, and clean rooms
Strong grasp of trust-and-validation landscape such as MRC accreditation, neutral incrementality providers, and IAB standards
Proven experience leading senior, client-facing consultative teams
Ability to turn measurements into commercial outcomes such as renewals, growth, and advertiser confidence
Skilled at collaborating across Product, Commercial, Account Strategy, Analytics, Legal, and Privacy
Track record of driving cross-functional alignment and shaping company-level decisions
Experience navigating both retailer and advertiser dynamics
Global fluency across Americas, EMEA, and APAC including GDPR and regional privacy requirements
Experience with data governance and related processes
Comfortable engaging senior agency and brand audiences and speaking at industry forums
Track record of building external measurement and data partnerships
